MIAB Group is currently on an exciting growth journey with a focus on quality and personal service, and we are now looking for Cleaners for several of our assignments in the private and municipal sectors. 

About the role In the role of a cleaner, you will plan, execute, follow up, and ensure the quality of cleaning services within care & support with high demands on flexibility. Cleaning involves customer contact, which places high demands on the sense of service with care, which is also MIAB's guiding principle. At MIAB, you play a key role in creating clean, pleasant, and safe working environments that enhance the experience in our customers' operations.

You will perform your tasks independently but often have support from your colleagues and always from your team leader or operations manager.

The position is permanent (starting with a probationary period) with a start date according to agreement. The position is a part-time position 50% with working hours 06:00-10:00 weekdays. The advertisement refers to a total of two part-time positions (50%). About you

To thrive in the role of a cleaner with us, we see that you are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. You handle well that there can sometimes be a lot to do, and you find it easy to work both individually and in a group. You have the ability to take initiative and see what needs to be done. Furthermore, we would like you to have:

• Experience in cleaning services

• Basic knowledge of speaking and reading Swedish, and the ability to communicate and understand everyday conversations.

• A valid driver's license (B) for passenger cars is a requirement
